WhatsApp is readying a magical voice chat mode for Meta AI. With the latest capability, the company aims to make its in-built app assistant more fun and useful for users. As of now, users can pick a voice to converse with the virtual assistant.
Spotted in the Android beta 2.24.17.16 version, WhatsApp is bringing a new voice chat mode feature that will enable users to hear the Meta AI in different voices.
As the term suggests, the feature will allow users to choose the Meta AI voice. One can select from ten different voice tones for the app’s virtual assistant, making it more interesting. The feature will probably reside in the Settings area of the app.
Users can further experiment with new voice tones and pick the one that suits the best for them. The new addition to the application will enhance the interaction with the assistant and make it more realistic to solve your queries or search for your interests.

Early reports said that WhatsApp is preparing a voice chat feature for the AI chatbot. It would simply have allowed to send the message in voice notes. But the latest enhancement will also let you pick an interesting tone for the app’s in-built bot.
The new voice chat mode feature is currently rolling out to beta testers via the Google Play Beta Program. However, the company will soon initiate a broader release to bring the latest offering to general consumers.
