WhatsApp is testing feature to download payment history

WhatsApp is a free fast simple, secure, and reliable messaging and calling app, which is available on phone all over the world. It uses the smartphone’s internet connection (5G/4G/3G/2G/EDGE or WiFi) to send or receive your messages, and to call your loved ones and other services.

Because of its popularity, WhatsApp is continuously running on beta to test new features for further future updates. Previously, after years of testing, WhatsApp developers launched the WhatsApp Pay feature within the app.

Now, WhatsApp Beta unveils a new beta version, 2.21.8.10 that shows that the development team is working on a new feature for elaborating payment information done by WhatsApp Pay.

Additionally, Wabetainfo reported that the company is developing a useful function for the inhabitants of Brazil. According to the information mentioned screenshot, users can download information about their payments in the past.

The screenshot reveals that it will be available for download for 1 hour, and the CPF  is needed to access it. This report will include information from WhatsApp LLC (previously called WhatsApp Inc.), Facebook Pagamentos do Brasil Ltda., and Facebook Inc.

Also, WhatsApp recommends sharing the report with people you really trust, because it will contain sensitive information about your use of payments on WhatsApp.
