AI Replies
This addition will enable WhatsApp Business accounts to use AI for auto-reply customers’ queries. It is perfect when you don’t have an assistant to manage customers and answer their questions related to a product or its services.
Note that AI can easily respond to certain common questions like the sale process and can also manage complex questions. Don’t worry as your customers will receive a notification that they talking with an AI bot and not a real human being. WhatsApp Business users can customize the AI voice for an interactive experience.
Business Platform Connection
The latest update enables users to connect their business platform account to the application and manage everything in one place. One can also share their chat history for up to six months with the application. These features are in the testing phase, but will soon be available to all users via a stable release.
