WhatsApp bringing Meta AI assistant for Business accounts
WhatsApp already introduced the all-new Meta AI assistant for the regular Android and iOS versions, but the feature could soon show up for business accounts. The company is testing a new capability to enhance the app experience for business customers.
As spotted in the WhatsApp Android beta 2.24.19.16 build, the company is bringing the Meta AI assistant for the business app version. The latest testing update is available to some beta testers through the Google Play Beta Program.
Meta AI chatbot for WhatsApp Business will hold certain benefits to enhance the business experience for customers. For instance:
- 24/7 assistance: Users can get help or answers to their queries without any limitations. One can learn new skills to improve their business aspects anytime with Meta AI.
- Get More Done: The app’s virtual assistant will ensure that your work remains organized so you can focus on other operations.
