Huawei Mate XT tri-fold is getting attention for its durable display and as per a new leak, this screen solution seems to be supplied by BOE. If true, consumers can expect that the tri-fold display will be strong and reliable regardless of multiple folds.

Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation shared the details of the Huawei Mate XT display supplier. A netizen asked the tipster what kind of screen the new triple foldable uses. The blogger responded that the display belonged to a familiar Chinese supplier.

The input adds that the respective supplier has the deepest cooperation with Huawei. It serves as the leading display panels factory in the native region. In that sense, the tipster has hinted towards BOE as the Huawei Mate XT display supplier.

It isn’t a surprise if Huawei uses BOE’s display panel for its premium tri-fold phone. The Chinese phone maker has adopted the BOE screen for many of its flagship models. Two of the examples in this case are the Pura 70 and Mate 60 series.

BOE display aims to reduce the overall power consumption and flickering issue. It brings wide viewing angles with narrow edges, making the screen lightweight and slim. It also enhances touch response and boosts the image quality to the next level.

With Huawei Mate XT, we can expect an upgraded display solution that will ultimately make the device lighter, thinner, and more convenient for users.

Huawei has started teasing its triple-foldable phone. The device will make its way to user ground on September 10. It will show exciting features, an iconic appearance, and high-end capabilities. You can take a look at the new teasers of the Mate XT below.
