Traffic information processing patent of Huawei can display real time traffic light dynamics

On 20th August, Huawei publishes the traffic information processing patent method with the publication number CN110956799B in China. It aims to solve the problem related to traffic signal failures and avoids traffic accidents.

Requested in September 2018, this patent describes a method, that helps the driver to calculate the real-time traffic dynamics. This methods workers on the first server to produce the coveted result. Its working method includes-

Working Procedure:

• It continually observes the second server and blockage on the signals and checks if the traffic signals are faulty or not
• If finding anything, it further checks the traffic status of the place where the signal has founded faulty
• After determining the location, it analyzes the traffic light’s phase information and to indicates the color with the traffic timer display
• Now, the driver information has forward to the traffic light terminal to adopt early precautions

The company has designed this patent to lessen signal failures accidents and improved the driving experience of the user. However, this method is still on paper and waiting to come into practice which hasn’t been confirmed by the company yet.
