‘There’s no change’ Huawei on AITO trademark

Recently, news about the AITO trademark transfer has appeared on which, Huawei said that there’s no change in leadership because Huawei doesn’t make cars.

“Huawei does not build cars alone, but builds good cars together with car companies. There has been no change.” reiterate the company.

On June 10, it was learned from the Chinese trademark electronic bulletin system that a total of 21 applications for the transfer of the “Wenjie” trademark have been approved. The transferors including Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and the transfer application were received on March 7 and 8 this year.

The specific classes of trademarks involve classes 12, 9, 7, 39, 37, 42, 2, 35, 3, 4, 16, 38, 11, 1, 5, 21, 27, and 41, of which class 12 and class 9 represent Automobiles and vehicles, electronics and scientific instruments.
