Suspicious Xiaomi 14 live image shows an ultra narrow bezel screen and design more like iPhone but better
A suspicious live image of Xiaomi 14 shows that the phone equips an ultra-narrow bezel flat screen, which may surpass the iPhone. This live image coming from Weibo matches the past revelation about Xiaomi 14 but there’s no official announcement on this from Xiaomi at the moment.
The image shows a smartphone with a full flat panel, as compared to the curved display on the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Interestingly, the new device comes with a composed structure on all corners and sides of the front. Also, the frame is flat, thus providing stability far superior to Xiaomi 14 predecessors.
The screen has a hole punch on the top middle of the screen to house a selfie camera, however, it seems slightly small in comparison to the live image shared by Xiaomi CEO, Lei Jun on X, (formerly known as Twitter).
There are two buttons on the right, which have a metal design for volume and power features. Also, the new user interface of the HyperOS, an upcoming Xiaomi operating system, is fully supporting the style and aesthetics of the device.
Earlier today, Xiaomi confirmed that the company will feature a new Leica Summilux lens for fine-tuned photography experience for consumers. You may remember Leica from its partnership with Huawei, which discontinued last year Leica then patched with Xiaomi, and Huawei introduced its own XMAGE camera imaging system.
Since it’s a new device, Xiaomi will pack its 14th flagship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset for powerful performance. For now, there’s no specific launch date for this device but it could go online anytime this month. Still, this Xiaomi 14 live image seems real but we’ll wait for more details on this matter.
