Standard Huawei P70 back panel spotted in live image
Huawei continues to unveil new products these days but there is no word on the P70 series so far. Although a new leak has shed light allegedly on the back panel of the standard Huawei P70 phone via a live image. Let’s look at the online surface picture.
Weibo account @WHYLAB shared a live image, reflecting the back panel of the standard Huawei P70 handset. The hands-on picture shows the same wide triangular camera bump with three lens housings that we already heard of in previous leaks.
A silver rim surrounds the three circular voids in the camera module and shows a glossy appearance. The entire back panel is covered with white color, offering a matte finish. One can see smooth edges and the ‘Huawei’ branding in the lower-left corner.
The lens structure seems to be more appealing while the silver-white glass body exhibits a more clear and subtle texture. The overall design appears quite soothing to the eyes.
Huawei store staff has reportedly mentioned that the P70 series outlook is completely different from the renders surfacing online. However, the new leak indicates that we might not see much difference in the design, compared to the leaked renderings.
A recent rumor has allegedly pointed out the Huawei P70 and P70 Pro price ahead of the launch details. The cost rate seems closer to that of the Mate 60 series models.
Huawei P70 series to have a different launch?
The upcoming P series is said to bring various new solutions, especially in the optical segment. While many of us waiting to see the flagship lineup on the stage, Huawei could directly begin selling the device via its online and offline stores, just like the Mate 60.
News further hints that the Chinese firm has raised the P70 series stock by 50% for the time being. Hence, there won’t be any ‘out of stock’ issues with the approaching premium devices, as happened with the Mate 60 smartphones. The only thing that is a concern for the moment is the official launch time for P70 handsets.
