Breaking: Stable EMUI 10.0 registration for Huawei P30 series starts in China, will soon begin for the global users
On November 10, Huawei has started the stable EMUI 10.0 registration for the users of Huawei P30 and P30 Pro in China.
The EMUI 10.0 Beta program for Huawei P30 and P30 Pro begun on September 5 in China and now will finally meet its stable rollout in November.
The latest version of EMUI brings new features and changes in user interface including the dark mode, magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and more.
Following the registrations, Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will receive the official EMUI version 10.0.0.166.
Requirements:
The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro requires to be updated on EMUI version 9.1.0.226. Users can check their build version by going into Settings > System.
Tip: Also, before upgrading to the beta version, we recommend users to back up important data to avoid any data loss.
Global Users
Following China, Huawei P30 and P30 Pro’s global variants may also receive stable EMUI 10.0 very soon because the required version to receive this update comes with October 2019 security patch, which Huawei is already rolling out for the global variants.
However, you can keep on checking for the update by going into Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, it’ll ask if you want to download it.
