Nothing Phone (2) renders reveal design

Well-known tipster, Onleaks has brought in an early look at the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) design via CAD renders. The appearance is out as similar to the first generation.

According to Smartprix, these Nothing Phone (2) renders are created based on the live images of the testing unit. We hope that would be the final device ahead of mass production. But it’s noted that there may be minor changes that could appear afterward.

So, what has changed in this new Nothing Phone (2)?

The phone will come with an updated rear phone design, and the main work could be found on the lighting system. This change aims to provide a refreshed look for the users. However, specifics are unknown at the moment.

The back side has slightly curved edges on both left and right. It’s sort of a 2.5D design but looks sleek. As compared to the Nothing Phone 1, the second generation of the device will equip a slightly round frame. This will contribute towards a better grip and handiness.

Coming to connectivity, Nothing Phone 2 has brought in a new charging coil, which could provide better wireless charging for extra convenience.

Looking at the side, this device consists of a SIM tray on the right, while the power button and volume rocker sits on the left. The bottom side consists of speakers alongside a USB-C charging port. Meanwhile, there’s no clue of a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Currently, there’s nothing officially announced about the Nothing Phone (2). However, the device could come in the public soon.
