New update for Huawei Watch 3 brings August 2023 security

Huawei is about to introduce a new set of smartwatches and It is also sending a new software update for the existing Huawei Watch 3 series with the August 2023 security patch.

After upgrading smartwatches over HarmonyOS 3, Huawei is releasing new updates with smartphone-like security patches. This is a new way to secure the wearables with a smartphone level of safety.

Users of the Huawei Watch 3 series can identify the August 2023 security update with HarmonyOS build version 3.0.0.163. The download package size is 270 megabytes. You can download this software over the LTE connection or via the connected smartphone.
