New Huawei Mate X3 teaser shows light and strong side folding phone

Today, Huawei shared two new teasers of the upcoming Huawei Mate X3, showing that the foldable phone will not only be strong but also light in feel.

The first teaser image says, Huawei Mate X3 is light as a feather, which indicates its light weight design. Huawei revealed it’s been developing Mate X3 for quite a time and made some new major upgrades in the weight and characteristics.

This leads us to the new Huawei Mate X3.

The second teaser brings us to its powerful screen glass and this will be better than its predecessor. Huawei is promoting this new strength and we’ve to wait to find out whether Huawei will use a new Kunlun glass for this foldable device.

Side folding:

As the teaser confirms, this mega foldable device will have a side folding mechanism. This is will be the direct competitor of many side-folding smartphones in the global and Chinese markets.

Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, Yu Chengdong said that Huawei has been leading the development of the folding mobile phone market. The new generation of the folding flagship will subvert everyone’s imagination of folding screen mobile phones with more advanced innovative technologies.

New Satellite Network:

Huawei Devices Chief Operating Officer mentioned that Huawei Mate X3 will also bring new communication tech. It means that the phone has a second generation of satellite communication.

According to a past report, the second gen satellite communication technology will enable two SMS gateway. Such features have been very useful in the Mate 50 series.

New heat management:

Past input suggests that Huawei is using a new technology for heat management inside the architecture to make more room and slim down the device.
