New Huawei Mate X3 could launch in September alongside Mate 60 series
Earlier this year, Huawei revealed its lightest side foldable phone – Huawei Mate X3 and the company could launch it alongside the upcoming Mate flagship in September this year, says a tipster.
DigitalChatStation is saying that a new version of Huawei Mate X3 could unveil around September 10. The main event showcase will be the Huawei Mate 60 series but this addition of Mate X3 could surprise the users. Also, the month will also welcome the new iPhone 15 lineup, which will compete against Huawei Mate 60 in China.
Aside from these, there’s no concrete information on what the new Mate X3 will offer for consumers.
However, there are two things that we can judge from the current information. Huawei Mate X3 was launched with only 4G connectivity and a new model could reclaim 5G in its network grasp. On the other hand, Huawei might add the new HarmonyOS 4 features and some design tweaks to the forefront.
Huawei Mate X3 features two display mechanisms including a cover and a main screen. The cover expands at 6.4 inches and a 7.85 inches screen inside the fold. Both of the display has an OLED panel, 120Hz refresh rate, high-frequency PWM dimming, and 1.07 billion colors. It also equips a 50MP triple camera system and an 8MP selfie camera.
It’s mid-August and we’re only a month away from the action but an official announcement is still awaited.
