NetEase Games and Huawei signs native HarmonyOS app development cooperation

Huawei and NetEase Games have signed a cooperation agreement to begin the HarmonyOS native app development. Eventually, the Chinese tech giant will work with gaming partners in industrial innovation, technology apps, business development, and other HarmonyOS aspects.

NetEase Games is a leading developer and publisher of video game IP across a variety of genres and platforms. It develops and operates online PC and mobile games, advertising services, email services, and e-commerce channels in China.

Today, NetEase Games has signed an agreement with Huawei to initiate the HarmonyOS native app development. Perhaps, this association will lead to diverse and interactive gameplay with innovative experiences.

Speaking of advantages, HarmonyOS NEXT offers dynamic gaming functions. Besides, the Huawei Game Center PGS optimizes the HarmonyOS games efficiency using several productive services.

On the flip side, HarmonyOS software features and the Ark graphics engine boosts the game’s rendering effects. It also enhances power consumption, to optimize gaming performance. Thus, game lovers will get an experience like never before.

Up to this point, a total of 60 game partners have joined the HarmonyOS ecosystem. Meanwhile, 50+ gaming apps have already completed HarmonyOS native app development. This action will lead to the sustainable growth of the gaming industry in the time ahead.
