Huawei has begun to rollout the May 2023 EMUI security update for its devices. This is the latest rollout that comes amid the company has announced EMUI 13 upgrade plan for various smartphones.

According to the details, Huawei Mate 40 Pro flagship is getting this new release in batches. Therefore, it may take some time to reach your Mate 40 Pro model.

EMUI 13:

EMUI 13 upgrade plan reveals that the Huawei Mate 40 Pro will come in stable mode in August this year. This new version brings smart folders with multiple layouts. The company will get you service widgets management using stack and grouping.
