Mate 70 series arrived at stores in limited stock: Huawei salesperson
Huawei Smart Life Center salesperson reveals that the Mate 70 series has arrived in official stores. Although the stock quantity is limited for now. The company will increase the stock probably in the coming days or after the grand launch event.
The Chinese phone maker started the Mate 70 series reservations online and offline on November 18. Now all new models have reportedly reached the official stores.
A salesperson at Huawei Smart Life Center says that both the Mate 70 series and Mate X6 arrived at the stores but in limited stock. A dealer in one of the Beijing stores said that third-party retailers opened the Mate 70 pre-order for 1000 yuan.
One has to deposit the amount to reserve the device before its release. He added that the starting price of the Mate 70 is the same as its predecessors. However, users need to hurry for reservations, or else, they’ll end up waiting for long, like Mate 60.
Some netizens also posted pictures of Huawei Mate 70 boxes in a store. It initiated a new thread on Chinese social media platforms. One person even said:
“It seems that there is enough stock this time. Have you guys got the reservations made yesterday?”

Huawei Mate 70 series has already crossed over 2 million reservations in two days and is on the verge of hitting a 3 million figure. It shows the immense popularity of the flagship devices, days before their official unveiling.
In that case, Huawei has surely improved the supply chain for its devices. The company will try every possible step to avoid the Mate 60-like sales and tight supply problems with its successor. It may gradually increase the production after the launch.
Mate 70 series will debut in the consumer market on November 26. It is already open for reservations for free. You can visit the VMall and other authorized channels to reserve the top-end models.
