Mate 20X 5G will be Huawei’s first 5G smartphone, launch confirmed before Mate X
Huawei has recently announced its 5G roadmap confirming the launch of Mate X 5G and a new 5G phone as well as its 5G equipment phone but now we’ve also confirmed the launch of Mate 20X 5G, which will happen very soon.

China Unicom, a Chinese state-owned telecommunications operator of China, has now announced the details of its batch of 5G supported devices, including Huawei’s 5G smartphones and CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment).
According to China Unicom, Huawei’s 5G CPE Pro will be launched first alongside Mate 20X 5G somewhere in the second quarter of this year. This means Mate 20X 5G could launch anytime in the upcoming two months.

The operator also revealed Huawei 5G portable Wi-Fi and Mate X 5G foldable phone slated for the third quarter. Moreover, a new 5G phone, 5G CPE Win equipment, and 5G Data card is lined up for the Fourth quarter.
