March 2021 security patch released for Huawei P Smart Pro smartphone
Huawei P Smart Pro smartphone launched with the pop-up selfie camera, full view display, Kirin 710F, EMUI 9.1, powerful battery, and more.
After the release, Huawei delivered the EMUI 10 major upgrade for P Smart Pro. However, this device’s hardware and software are not capable to run on EMUI 10.1 and above.
Now, Huawei has kicked off a new software update for this smartphone that installs the security patch released in March 2021 for improved system security.
March 2021 Security Patch Details: This security patch fixes 2 critical, 13 high levels, and 132 medium levels of CVEs for improved system security.
On the other hand, recently other devices of this segment including P Smart 2019 and P Smart S grabbed the same security improvements, which increase system security and overall performance.

- Huawei P smart Pro smartphone getting EMUI 10 version 10.0.0.389 (C432E5R1P1) with an update size of 112MB in Turkey.

HOW TO UPDATE:
Download via Settings:
- Open Settings
- Click on the System & Updates
- Open Software update
- Tap on Check for updates option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
Download via Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- Go to the Service tab
- Click on the update button
- Tap on Check for update option
- If an update is available, click on Download and install
- After installation Reboot the device
