MagicOS 9.0 beta version is already available to many flagship models. Magic 6 and 5 series even joined the public beta pool and gained some new software benefits.
Now the Chinese tech giant has launched the MagicOS 9.0 closed beta program for 6 more Honor devices. The list mainly counts the digital series smartphones.
- Honor 90 Pro
- Honor 90
- Honor 80 Pro Flat Screen Edition
- Honor 80 Pro
- Honor 80
- Honor 80 GT
If you have any of these models, then you are eligible to participate in the MagicOS 9.0 closed beta program. However, you should note some key points:
The company has opened the latest closed beta activity with 2000 slots for each model. Out of these slots, 300 belong to the log version users while 1700 seats belong to the no log version. Make sure to enroll in the new beta pool at the earliest.
Before proceeding with the signup process, ensure that your device is running on the baseline version 8.0.0.160. We further recommend a storage space of 10GB in your smartphone to avoid any interruption during the software installation.
How to sign up?
Eligible device owners can open the “My Honor” app on their phones. Don’t try to register via a PC or you may fail. After opening the app, go to Club > MagicOS 9.0 > Upgrade to Try. Now tap on the closed beta application and follow the on-screen steps.
Note that this beta activity is live till December 31st. Hence, don’t miss this chance and jump into the new software testing pool right away.
