Honor Watch 4

Honor Watch 4 will launch tomorrow and a live image leak of the smartwatch suggests that it shares similar traits to the Apple Watch. As we suggest there will be some upgrades to call it a competition.

The live images coming from a Weibo tipster reveal the watch’s square frame with round corners. There are two variants shown in the images – Black and Blue.

Aside from its square frame, the display has slight curves on all four sides, making a 2.5D panel. The watch has three straps in White, Blue, and Dark Black colors.

Except for the Black, the rest of the two straps contains “Honor” branding and it looks kind of interesting. There’s also a mix of styles, such as the Blue version comes with a silver watch frame and the off-white has a golden frame. Meanwhile, the Black version comes with a matching frame.

On the right side, you will find a functional physical button. The watch also has some room for a possible speaker. However, we don’t have a confirmation on that latter part at the moment.

LTE

Honor Watch 4 will come with an eSIM feature, which is happening for the first time in the Honor smartwatch segment. This allows the user to make native calls without requiring to connect a smartphone.

It also facilitates the use of navigation service right on the wrist. Quick replies and SMS-receiving features are also a part of these new capabilities.

Battery:

The past report reveals that the watch will bring up to 10 days of battery life. And this performance will be served with eSIM enabled and far more than other options in the market.

Apple Watch:

The looks are quite similar to the Apple Watch but the battery life is surpassing. Also, the eSIM capability evens the differences. The Honor Watch 4 could come as a considering deal for customers looking to upgrade their current smartwatch.

This live image leak of Honor Watch 4 gave us a subtle look at what we’re about to witness on July 12 and it’s quite exciting. We’ll explore more about this smartwatch when it reaches the launch stage.
