A new leak says that the Huawei Mate 70 series will likely bring significant design upgrades, compared to its predecessors. The latest information also contradicts certain previous speculations regarding the upcoming flagship lineup.
Weibo tipster @SmartPikachu sheds light on the Mate 70 series design and says that it will launch in a grand and professional appearance over other handsets.
The leak mentions that Huawei Mate 70 series will accompany two screen versions: flat and slightly curved. But all these display panels are likely to be of large sizes.
Note that this input counters the report that said the next Mate lineup will use two different screen sizes: small and large. Further details say that the software seems surprising. Perhaps the tipster is talking about the HarmonyOS NEXT system.
Last but not least, the leak points out the existence of a circular camera frame at the back panel. A recent input said that the Mate 70 series could carry a retractable lens. If true, it would be worth seeing how the OEM fits the mechanism in a circular ring.
