Huawei Y9a with 64MP quad camera, 40W SuperCharge, FullView display launched
Huawei has silently listed its latest Y series smartphone, Huawei Y9a on the official Huawei website. This phone reflects the same design as the recently released Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus in the Chinese market.
Huawei Y9a sports a 6.63-inch FullHD+ (2400 x 1080) FullView TFT LCD display. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 and has 128GB of internal storage. The phone offers 8GB RAM for the Middle East and Africa, the Asia-Pacific area, and some countries in Middle Asia, while the rest of the markets will get a 6GB RAM variant.
Huawei Y9a equips quad-camera setup consisting of 64 MP (f/1.8 aperture) + 8 MP (120-degree Ultra-Wide Angle Lens, f/2.4 aperture) + 2 MP (Depth Lens, f/2.4 aperture) + 2 MP (Macro Lens, f/2.4 aperture). On the front side, it has a 16MP (f/2.2) pop-up selfie camera.
This phone packs 4300mAh and 4200mAh batteries that can recharge with a 40W and 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge charger (battery capacity and charging speed may vary according to the region).
The Huawei Y9a runs EMUI 10.1 (Android 10) out of the box with added smart features such as MeeTime, and smart screenshot.
This new phone expands at 76.5mm x 164.5mm x 8.95mm and weighs around 197g. The rear design is very similar to the Mate 30 series and comes in three color options of Space Silver, Sakura Pink, and Midnight Black.
