Huawei x Gentle Monster smart glasses goes on pre-sale in China

Huawei’s first smart glass made with the collaboration of Gentle Monster, a Korean Eyewear, now available on pre-sale in China.

Huawei x Gentle Monster eyewear smart glasses are available on pre-sale starting August 21 in China via Vmall, Tmall and other platforms with prices including 1999 yuan ($284) and 2499 yuan ($355).

There are a total of 5 types of smart glasses available to choose from with different frame and lenses but the overall features are expected to remain the same.

The series features two speaker and microphones that allow you to accept calls directly through double-tapping on the temple, users can interact with a virtual assistant and listen music.

Also, the built-in AI Bluetooth noise reduction technology is there to improve the call quality. The smart glasses charge wirelessly inside its cover and come with IP67 dust/water resistance.

Huawei x Gentle Monster series launch date is set for September 6 at IFA 2019.
