Huawei Watch Fit 2 software update brings August 2023 optimizations

Huawei Watch Fit 2 is receiving the August 2023 update with HarmonyOS software version 2.1.0.206 upgrading from 2.1.0.205(C00M06), 2.1.0.203(C00M06), 2.1.0.193(C00M05) and 2.1.0.206(SP1C00M06).

However, the update only installs new optimizations for this smartwatch for a new user experience. Therefore, you should upgrade to this version as soon as possible. To be mentioned, this update is rolling out for the users in China and may also release for the global models.

In order to obtain a better user experience, it is recommended to update the “Sports Health” application to the latest version through the mobile application market before updating it.

During the transmission of the upgrade installation package, please ensure that the power of the watch and mobile device is above 50%, and the storage space is sufficient (confirmation method: the device does not prompt the message “storage space is insufficient” before the upgrade).

Also, ensure that the Bluetooth connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal, and the network is connected normally. Do not operate the watch during the upgrade process. If the update fails, please try again.
