Huawei Watch 4 Series to equip Sapphire Glass and Beautiful Design

Huawei has confirmed that a new smartwatch is coming for consumers and our finding suggests that it will be the Watch 4 series. In a recent promo, Huawei suggests the Huawei Watch 4 series equip sapphire glass and a beautiful body design.

Looking at the teaser image, you will find a new hybrid aesthetics featuring a large circular screen with two physical buttons on the right side including a rotating crown and a function key.

The Watch’s crown has a carving of “Huawei Watch”, which reflects its device family. Moreover, the Watch has low bezels all around the screen and it could be using curved protective glass.

Sapphire and Zirconium:

Huawei said, “With a glass screen for added durability and a design concept inspired by the view of Earth from space. This arm accessory is a must-have, Stay tuned for launch details”.

These lines hint at two aspects of the smartwatch including Durable Glass and Powerful Design. These could be only achieved with the use of sapphire and zirconium material.

Sapphire crystal is a very hard material, which is used in watches to protect them from scratches and other damages. Huawei is using this screen with Watch GT 3 Pro and Watch Ultimate.

On the other hand, Zirconium is a very strong, malleable, ductile, lustrous silver-gray metal. Its chemical and physical properties are similar to those of titanium. However, Zirconium is extremely resistant to heat and corrosion.

Parts of Use:

Talking of the specifics, Huawei Watch 4 series will use sapphire glass on the watch dial and zirconium metal in the case. Meanwhile, nanocrystalline ceramic will be found on the rear case with all those sensors.

Launch Date:

Although, Huawei has not announced an official date for the unveiling. However, the latest promo of the Huawei P60 Pro launch conference confirms that the Watch 4 series will be a part of this gadget showcase on May 9th, 2023.
