Huawei UK is back with another Extra Care campaign with the offers available until 31 January 2022. The company wants to give a little peace to the existing smartphones of its customers.
This campaign has irresistible warranty extension and battery replacement offers to let users go on with their device for a longer time. In addition, the offer availing process is as easy as tapping with fingertips. So let’s start with the first one.
Free 6-Month Warranty Extension:
All devices running in their warranty period can get a 180 days expansion after the expiry of the official warranty period. This means, once their basic 2-year warranty ends, the user can still receive all official services for 6 months.
However, the model list to limited for some selected devices. Only, if your device is on the list, you can get this offer. Still, you can replace the battery for your older devices.
Battery Replacement:
The battery replacement service in this campaigning starts from £39. Besides, the replaced part will be a genuine one of the original model from the company.

How to Participate:
All users need to upgrade to the latest version of the My Huawei App which was named Support App. In case, users don’t own it, can install this app from Huawei AppGallery.
Thereafter, find this campaign’s banner in the app and tap on the Extra Care service. Here users can register for warranty extension or battery replacement for their respective devices.
Furthermore, if a user has registered for battery replacement, they can visit the nearby authorized service centers of the company after making an appointment. It’ll usually take one hour for the staff to get the service done.
Alternatively, if you don’t find the service center near you, then use the postal repair service. Within one week, users will receive their device with a new battery. Interestingly, the company will cover all shipping charges.
