Huawei triple rotating camera smartphone appears in patent

Huawei just unveiled a new P Smart series smartphone – P Smart Pro, featuring full view display and pop up selfie camera but Huawei planning to get a new type of pop selfie cam next year.

According to the information, Huawei is developing a new smartphone with three rotating cameras and a full view display that may be introduced as P Smart Z 2020.

On January 9, 2019, Huawei filed a new design patent that was approved on December 17, 2019, and published on WIPO Global Design Database including the design of a full-screen phone with a triple camera, found by LetsGoDigital.

The patent design reveals a triple camera phone, which works when the user wants to take a selfie the rear camera opens from the backside and flips on its axis for 180-degree right above the display to act as a front camera.

There are a total of 3 camera lens placed in the setup along with a flash, the setup may feature the main camera, ultrawide angle and a depth sensor for portraits.

Similarly, a previous patent showed a design with single and dual rotating camera phones, which may also join the league with this smartphone.
