HarmonyOS is the self-developed operating system from Huawei, which made its debut at the Huawei Developer Conference 2019 (HDC 2019). And it seems like, the Chinese tech giant may soon bring HarmonyOS to the Chinese PC industry.

According to a well know tipster from Weibo, Huawei likely to release the HarmonyOS 2.0 powered PCs in the domestic (Chinese) market powered by Kunpeng processors.

The tipster mentioned that several provinces, cities, and regions are cooperating with Huawei to establish its PC industry supply chain. This could play a potential role to bring Huawei in the PC market, starting with its own home ground.

At HDC 2019, Huawei shared the roadmap to upgrade HarmonyOS. With HarmonyOS 2.0 in 2020, Huawei is scheduled to release it for Domestic PC, Smartwatch/Bands, and Automotive/Car interfaces. The HarmonyOS will adopt more platforms until 2022.
