Huawei smartphone door to door service starts in 28 new Chinese cities
Huawei has officially confirmed that its smartphone and tablet on-site service has now been starting in 28 new Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and more to provide a new user experience and support for the consumers.
This new Huawei smartphone on-site service supports the following 28 new Chinese cities:
- Beijing
- Shanghai
- Tianjin
- Chongqing
- Shenzhen
- Guangzhou
- Dongguan
- Foshan
- Nanjing
- Suzhou
- Wuxi
- Hangzhou
- Ningbo
- Wenzhou
- Jinan
- Qingdao
- Wuhan
- Changsha
- Shenyang
- Changchun
- Harbin
- Hefei
- Chengdu
- Fuzhou
- Zhengzhou
- Shijiazhuang
- Xi’an
- Kunming
The service currently supports the following device platforms:

In addition to this announcement, Huawei has also confirmed the following notes below.
- Door-to-door service fee standard: smartphones and tablet products are charged 99 yuan per time, and the final charge is subject to the actual test results of the door-to-door service engineer.
- At present, only the Huawei router Q6 network cable version and Huawei router H6 support door-to-door service.
- Currently, only HUAWEI MateBook XPro 2022 supports door-to-door service for laptops and only supports calling the Huawei Consumer Service Hotline 950800 to make a booking.
