Huawei Smart Screen app is receiving the public beta update with the 13.0.1.301 version and a package size of 47.9 MB. Besides, the new build counts significant features and supports the one-click cutout capability for HarmonyOS 4.0 devices.
What is a one-click cutout?
The amazing feature resides in the HarmonyOS 4.0 software upgrade and enables you to freely shape the image of a ‘user’ or an object with a background of artistic texture. It even lets you select the icon color for a more personalized home screen.
Meanwhile, the new public beta allows you to copy, save, drag, and transfer the cutout to other applications. Ahead, users can now launch the smart screen app by pressing the phone screen with two fingers. Other points in the changelog are:
- HarmonyOS 4.0 models support one-click cutout with functions like copy, save, drag, and transfer.
- Removes the highlighting in the full-screen translation page and shared translation results.
- These translation results can be slid up and down to avoid the interruption of the language-changing toolbar
- Press the screen with two fingers to launch the app
- Fixes other known issues
Note that these new features are for testing purposes only. After the public beta activities are over, you can install the latest version from the AppGallery.
