Huawei is bringing Huawei Search app, an all-in-one quick search solution for its devices

Huawei recently introduced Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) Core 4.0 and more improved AppGallery at the recent online launch conference. In addition, the company also officially introduced its own smart Assistant – Huawei Assistant for Huawei and Honor smartphones.

But there’s more to come from the Chinese tech giant because recently we’ve heard that Huawei is bringing a new app called “Huawei Search”. This app will be used as a part of the Huawei HMS ecosystem.

The app offers features such as instant searches, quick views widgets and newsfeeds. Except for all in one search results, users can also sort searches for Videos, News, and Images categories.

Currently, the app is under internal testing and not made publically available. However, we can expect it to soon be available for Huawei and Honor devices soon on AppGallery.

Huawei taking these new steps after the US prohibits it from pre-installing Google’s apps and services such as Gmail, PlayStore, Maps and more.

In addition to Huawei Search app, Huawei already has Huawei Browser pre-loaded in its devices that comes with all required searching features.

Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) aims to provide complete mobile experience to Huawei and Honor device users. With official services such as Mobile Cloud, AppGallery, Video, Themes, ScreenMagazine and etc. which comes along with EMUI operating system.
