Huawei Pura 70 Pro user stuck in blurry camera issue
A Huawei Pura 70 Pro user is dealing with a nasty camera issue. The device’s camera becomes blurred every time he tries to click a selfie or record a video from the front-facing lens. The issue may be resolved with a hotfix or an improvement update.
Pura 70 Pro is a flagship device that comes with an XMAGE imaging system. It offers the best photography experience with its high-end camera module on the back. Besides the front lens is 13MP and supports multiple picture-shooting modes.
While the device comes with one of the best camera features, a user said that his Huawei Pura 70 Pro is facing a blurry camera issue. He says that when using the front lens, it automatically starts fading and shows a blurry image preview interface.
The issue is persistent and happens every time he tries to capture a selfie or record video from the front lens. The image preview section fogs up showing a blurry reflection of the user on the screen in all the shooting modes.
It is unclear what’s the reason behind this issue. Although the user reached us and asked for a quick fix to this buggy experience via a software update.
Huawei is currently rolling out the December 2024 EMUI update. Installing the firmware could fix the camera issue and the loss of focus of the Huawei Pura 70 Pro.
Temporary Solutions:
Apart from this, one can try a few measures to resolve the blurry camera effect. For instance, clean the camera lens to remove any dust particles, check the camera settings, and turn on the autofocus, OIS, and EIS if it’s disabled. Other points are:
- Restart your phone to resolve any glitches.
- Update the camera app to the latest version.
- Check for any physical damage or cracks around the camera lens.
