Huawei published a new patent for online payment method for electronic devices

With the rising demand of online transaction, most of the smartphone brands have to develop their own payment platforms with advanced offering such as Huawei, Xiaomi and other.

In March 2021, Huawei has fully captured the Xunlian Zhipay with 100% shares and becomes another smartphone brand after Xiaomi, which has received a payment system license.

Xunlian Zhipay: It is a third-party payment Chinese digital payment firm established in 2013 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It serves in many fields including electronic payment, Internet payment, computer technology services, and more.

On the other hand, it was also reported that Huawei has opened recruitment for mobile payment service engineers, mobile payment financial product managers, e-commerce payment product architects, and e-commerce payment risk control product managers.

Furthermore, since 2016, Huawei Pay has been available in the financial field and holds deep power as well as more strengthening day by day.

On July 3, 2020, Huawei applied new patent for a payment method and electronic device, which was passed on May 25, 2021, in China with publication number CN112837058A.

According to the application, the payment method includes that the payment device that determines the location information of one or more devices around it. The location information of one or more electronic devices is used to determine the correct transaction device. Also, it is a more secure payment mode.
