Huawei-powered new smart car sales exceeded 30000 units in May 2024

HarmonyOS Smart has announced that Huawei-powered new smart car sales have surpassed 30000 units in May 2024. Out of these units, the tech giant has shipped more than 15000 AITO M9 models in the Chinese automobile market.

Earlier we reported that the new EV sales reached 6600 units within the first three days of May. The rapid selling has now resulted in an ultimate achievement.

Huawei-powered new smart car sales exceeded 30000 units last month (30578 models accurate). The information reveals that the company has sold a total of 148,098 EVs this year and claimed the first rank in the new smart cars’ sales in China.

AITO M9 in the “new smart car” category has shipped 15875 units and is standing at the top in the luxury cars’ sales ranking. Luxeed S7 is also sharing the platform with a total of 3455 units and moving forward with a gradual growth rate.

Huawei has thanked its consumers for their immense love and support of its products. It also promotes the Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show and said that consumers can explore all the Huawei Intelligent Driving EVs at the event.

Note that Huawei helps its automobile partners in car making but hasn’t jumped into the EV manufacturing business. The company delivers the most advanced smart car solutions that can uplift the overall driving experience for customers.
