Huawei Pocket S2 with ‘LEM’ codename rumored to launch in late February
Huawei Pocket S2 is ready to show up at the consumer stage and for the time being, the codename (LEM) of this foldable has leaked along with launch rumors. As per the new details, users may grab an official glance at this device in late February.
Consequently, Huawei has started preparations for a new small vertical folding handset. To date, many renders and leaks confirmed its existence. In the latest edition, new inputs reveal that the launch of Pocket S2 is around the corner.
Tipster @FixedFocus said that the Huawei Pocket S2 foldable with the ‘LEM’ codename will launch after the Spring Festival, probably in late February. Eventually, the rumor is in line with previous unveiling reports of the flip-flop foldable.
Ironically, the tipster added that in the meantime, some stores could raise excitement among users by initiating post-holiday blind reservations, just like for the Huawei P70 series. Notably, these are the pre-bookings made without precise knowledge about the product. (Read the full story HERE)
On the flip side, @UncleKanshan added more details to this matter and said that the Chinese tech giant might unveil a next-gen Smart Door Lock alongside the folding gadget next month. Perhaps, we may see more new offerings at the launch event.

The upcoming foldable phone is likely to resemble its predecessor – the Pocket S smartphone, but in a renovated manner. Accordingly, the device is hearsay to bring a large cover screen with a triple-camera setup which will make it aesthetic.
On the other hand, the new folding phone tipped to feature the Kirin 9000s chipset. This is another significant point as it will bring 5G capabilities to the table. While Pocket S equipped with the Snapdragon 778G 4G processor, the next flip-flop model may add a twist to this segment.
