Huawei Petal Maps gets 4.5.0.203 public beta update with useful changes
Huawei Petal Maps (International Edition) is receiving a significant public beta update with the 4.5.0.203 version. The company has opened this testing activity for a limited time. Thus, interested users should register in this beta pool at the earliest.
The Petal Maps International Edition is mainly available to users traveling abroad. For instance, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. It supports similar features to the original version like real-time traffic, driving navigation, walking and cycling, and more.
Now the company is enhancing this edition with a new app build. Huawei is rolling out the latest Petal Maps public beta update with a 4.5.0.203 version and a downloadable package of 85.4 Megabytes. Ensure sufficient space in your Huawei handset.
Huawei has opened the public beta activity till September 5. Hereafter, the OEM will release a stable build. Users can head towards the Member Center app > Trial Experience > App public testing > Enter > Feedback to enroll in the latest beta pool.
In terms of changes, the firm has added a real-time public transportation feature with route planning details. Users will be able to track buses, trains, and taxis more easily. However, the feature is only available in some areas of mainland China.

Another addition is the orientation of the global map page. Now users can turn the page horizontally or vertically as per their preference. It also supports tablets.
