Huawei partners with ZGCMC to boost AI integration for enterprises
Huawei has joined hands with ZGCMC (Sichuan Zigong Conveying Machine Group Co) to increase AI integration for Chinese enterprises. The company is looking for every possible way that boost the use of AI in multiple fields in the native region.
ZGCMC is one of the leading Chinese enterprises. It mainly looks after designing, producing, and selling heavy materials for machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Inputs reveal that Huawei and ZGCMC have signed a three-year deal for AI integration. Under this deal, both parties will work on the adoption of large language models for heavy industries. For instance mining, bulk matter transportation, and more.
Both industries have teamed up for smart mining, easy transportation of goods, and other industrial services. They will also cover subjects like cloud computing, big data, digital transformation, and other smart factories in the home ground.
ZGCMC will mainly provide materials while Huawei will help with programme design as well as global ecosystem cooperation with talent training. ZGCMC states that:
“We will prioritize the use of Huawei’s product solutions and professional services within the score of the pair’s cooperation.”
This is an initiative towards smart mining. Huawei has collaborated with several such partners to expand its industrial business. For instance, the firm joined forces with Shannxi and used 5G and AI solutions to provide a digital makeover to the Coal Industry.
The aim is to make China a large-scale coal-producing country with the most smart mines by 2025. Meanwhile, every coal mine will be modernized by 2035. Apart from mining, Huawei is also keeping an eye on the seaport development in Tianjin.
Overall, Huawei is helping its heavy industrial partners to transform into the digital era. This would eventually make China more self-dependent and reliable without U.S. goods.
