Huawei P70 series might introduce four models including P70 Pro+

News regarding the Huawei P70 series suggests that the upcoming P-series may bring four new models on board rather than three. This would be another significant factor of the next flagship smartphone lineup over its predecessors – the P60 series.

According to Weibo tipster @FixedFocus, the Huawei P70 series is likely to have an Ultimate Design version possibly named P70 Pro+. This would mark the return of the Plus models in the Huawei P-series family. Besides, it could raise the excitement bar among consumers.

So far, Huawei introduced the Plus models in the P-series with the P9 handsets. Although the company never kept the respective version in continuation. Last time, the Plus variant showed up with the P40 series. Thereafter, the tech giant skipped it for two consecutive P lineups.

But it looks like Huawei could bring back the Plus tag on the road with the P70 series in the form of a high-end model. It is unclear whether the company will merge the Art and Plus editions or unveil them as separate phones. If distinct, we may see four models as: the standard Huawei P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Art.

On the flip side, we might obtain new changes in terms of key features and specifications for the P70 Pro+ model. Things are currently floating in the air and we need some more details to mark confirmation on this matter.

Huawei P60 Series:

The Chinese tech maker brought in three models with the P60 series: Standard, Pro, and the Art version. All three editions possess the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core chip, a 6.67-inch OLED screen, and the two-way satellite SMS feature. However, these handsets differ in terms of optical specs and the overall appearance.

Meanwhile, the Huawei P70 series is expected to use new camera solutions for all models and an impressive outlook. The Art variant is likely to use the IMX 989 sensor with glass-plastic hybrid lens whereas, the other models may feature the OV50H and OV50K main camera lens.

Speaking of the processor, the tech maker could use the Kirin 9000s for the standard P70 handset, while an overclocked version of the Kirin 9000s for other members of the P70 lineup.
