Huawei P70 series may bring advanced camera framework and improved wireless charging
Huawei P70 series is making headlines over the internet and a new leak suggests that the flagship lineup may bring improved wireless charging capabilities. Also, these models will likely sport an advanced digital camera framework at the back panel.
According to the details from Weibo tipster @SmartPikachu, the upcoming P-series will feature a brand-new imaging architecture with new computational camera solutions. The devices will further use hybrid lens tech for better light control.
On the other hand, the Huawei P70 series could adopt wireless charging improvements. However, the specifics regarding battery and charging facilities for the flagship lineup are still missing and the company is yet to confirm the news.
Before we look at wireless charging, let’s enroll in the camera structure. Several leaks predicted that the next P-series will be full of advanced camera sensors.
Computational Camera
Meanwhile, the new input says that P70 models will use a computational camera architecture alongside an innovative hybrid lens solution. These sensors mainly rely on digital image capture and processing techniques rather than optical processes.
Besides, such mechanisms are smaller, cheaper, and beneficial. Thus, the overall photography results will be faster, smoother, and more efficient. Also, the high-end P70 models are hearsay to use a hybrid lens to maximize the light intake.
Hybrid Lens
Eventually, the hybrid lens occupies less room in the optical framework and provides low-position angles for better insights. It further reduces chromatic aberration and delivers higher-quality images with sharp and crisp pixels.
As per the details, the company is using the 1G6P (Glass: Plastic) hybrid lens for the P70 Art model with an IMX 989 main camera sensor and an upgraded variable aperture technology for dynamic image results.
Wireless Charging
The Chinese tech giant keenly focuses on the battery and charging aspects of its approaching premium devices. Huawei Pocket 2 is a good example in this scenario with 40W wireless charging and 7.5W reverse charging functionalities.
Moreover, the predecessors feature 50W wireless charging. Hence, we might see ‘far ahead’ changes in the Huawei P70 series over P60 handsets.
