Huawei P50 reserved sufficient stock of Kirin 9000 chipset, says tipster
Last February, Huawei debuted its next-generation foldable device, Mate X2. After this, the company started working to launch another flagship smartphone in the high-end P-series, P50. Before the launch, continuous leaks, rumors, and renders are coming out of the upcoming flagship.
Since Huawei blacklisted by the U.S government, the company is facing a lot of issues and difficulties from purchasing core components to manufacturing new devices.
Recently, a Weibo tipster – Courage Digital King reveals that Huawei’s P50 series have a sufficient supply of Kirin 9000 processor. It means that the upcoming flagship smartphone lineup will be powered by a powerful Kirin 9000 chipset.
According to the previous information, an unknown Huawei insider discloses that the company has already reserved a big amount of Kirin 9000 chipset for the upcoming flagships, Huawei P50 and Mate 50.
The Kirin 9000 is the most full-featured 5G chipset that has the capability to handle multi-tasking operations and provide improved performance. It comes with three-level and with eight-core including 3.13 GHz Cortex A77 large core and three medium core 2.54GHz A77 and four small core 2.05GHz, 24 -core Mali-G78, Kirin Gaming+3.0, and more.
Aside from this, it was reported that the Huawei P50 series is likely to arrive in May 2021. Huawei P50 and P50 Pro sports a 6.3-inch and 6.6-inch display respectively. The vanilla P50 will be equipped with Kirin 9000E while P50 Pro powered by Kirin 9000 processor.
