Huawei P40 Lite on EMUI 10.1 receiving June 2020 security update

Launched earlier this year, Huawei P40 Lite comes with punch-hole display design, 48MP quad AI cameras, 6GB of RAM, 7nm Kirin 810 processor, and more.

It’s pre-installed with EMUI 10.0 and its EMUI 10.1 upgrade process is currently underway in different markets. Meanwhile, users of this Huawei P40 lite, who’ve already received EMUI 10.1 now getting a new update with Android patches released in June 2020.

JUNE 2020 SECURITY PATCH DETAILS:

The June 2020 security update brings Android patches from Huawei and Google, fixing different levels of exploits and issues within Huawei phones including 2 critical and 12 high levels of CVEs. There is no Medium and Low level of CVEs found.

VERSIONS:

The Huawei P40 lite receiving June 2020 security update with EMUI 10.1 version 10.1.0.226 and has a package size of 719MB.
