Huawei P30 Pro and Honor V20 getting new updates with AR Measure app
Huawei P30 Pro and Honor V20 devices are packed with ToF (Time of Flight) depth sensor that helps users interact with AR (Augmented Reality) Apps with more accuracy. Now, these two devices are receiving their latest update that brings them a dedicated feature in use of ToF camera.
Honor V20 and Magic 2 getting Magic UI 2.1/EMUI 9.1 beta update, stable update coming next month
Huawei has released a new update for P30 Pro and Honor V20 devices, that installs new “AR Measure” app. This app is specially developed for AR tasks including object length, area, volume, and height measurement. This feature can also measure the height of the human body.
Huawei P30 Pro getting AR Measure app with EMUI version 9.1.0.140, while the Honor V20 getting Magic UI update with an update size of 341MB, for model numbers PCT-AL10 and PCT-TL10 with following conditions.
Model PCT-AL10 – Must have the following version 9.0.1.165 to get the latest beta version 9.0.1.173.
Model PCT-TL10 – Must have the following version 9.0.1.166 to get the latest beta version 9.0.1.174.

Currently, AR Measure update is currently rolling for Chinese consumers but it’s expected that it’ll soon expand to outside the country.
