Huawei P30 devices gets display optimization update (HarmonyOS 2 beta)
Last month, Huawei started enrolling the P30 and P30 Pro smartphones for HarmonyOS 2 beta testing. These devices then received the HM OS test builds along with a bunch of new features that replaced EMUI 11.
But there’s a new software update that recently started to push for the Huawei P30 duo under the HarmonyOS 2 beta testing. According to the changelog, this update adds essential optimizations to the system and enables a better user experience.
The changelog reveals that Huawei P30 and P30 Pro receiving a new software update that installs optimizations for the display and the service widgets option. Through these additions, the HarmonyOS 2.0 beta testers will be able to test and provide better feedback on the changes made to the system.
Huawei P30 devices with model numbers ELE-AL00, ELE-TL00, VOG-AL00/VOG-AL10, VOG-TL00 are able to upgrade to the latest software update version HarmonyOS 2.0.0.135 from 2.0.0.127.

HarmonyOS 2.0 beta testing is currently limited to the Chinese models yet, Huawei has planned to install HarmonyOS in all of the Huawei devices yet its global rollout details are yet to come.
Eligible device owners are suggested to install the latest version to the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro with a stable internet connection, sufficient space, and don’t turn off the devices during the installation process.
