Huawei P10 series grabbing 2.0.0.135 firmware update in China

Huawei is sending a new HarmonyOS software update for Huawei P10 series devices that comes with the latest firmware version 2.0.0.135. This update brings improvements for system features but doesn’t include any security patches for security enhancement. However, the software update is only available in China.

According to the information, the Huawei P10 series HarmonyOS 2.0.0.135 update comes with an installation package size of 336MB. The changelog reveals that it optimizes basic feature experience such as volume and also adds the desktop icon magnification function.

Huawei P10 Last Update:

Last month, Huawei delivered HarmonyOS 2.0.0.125 update for the Huawei P10 series in China that brought fixes for display, alarm clock vibration, optimizations for the system stability.

Additionally, it also installed the HarmonyOS security patches released in October 2021. It fixes the different levels of CVEs found in the kernel, system, third-party libraries, and more to improve the overall smartphone security.

CHECK FOR UPDATE:

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates. If an update is available it’ll pop up on your phone and an option of Download and install will appear. Press the option and start to download.

You can also request software updates through the My Huawei app. To do this, open the My Huawei app, tap on the update, then select Check for updates, and then download and install.
