Huawei Nova 9 gets March 2023 update

Earlier this month, Huawei Nova 9 received a massive upgrade to the new version and now it’s getting another firmware with March 2023 EMUI security patches in the global market.

The latest update for the global Nova 9 comes with firmware version 12.0.1.282 and an updated package size of 334 megabytes. You should know that this update is rolling out in batches and may take some time to reach all users.

Also, the upgrade doesn’t include anything else except the new security patch, since the important optimizations were already rolled out earlier this month.

EMUI version 12.0.1.276 for Huawei Nova 9 comes with an extensive package size of 1.85GB.  The changelog of the past update includes the following improvements and optimization.

• Display: Optimizes the display of certain screens
• Communication: Improve communications in certain situations
• Apps: Removes the preinstalled Link Now app (if you have updated it).
• System: Improves system stability.
