Huawei Nova 9 fetches EMUI 13.0.0.252 in Europe

Huawei is sending EMUI 13.0.0.252 for Huawei Nova 9 smartphones in Europe and it brings several new features for the device owners that improve the user experience.

Huaweiblog confirms that the latest software release for Huawei Nova 9 is a major firmware with a 5.81GB of downloadable OTA update size.

Therefore, you will have to free up at least 8GB of space in your phone’s internal memory in order to store the downloaded package. However, the package will be deleted automatically, once the update is installed.

You can check for this software update via the system’s settings as mentioned in the following. Open Settings > then tap on System & updates, and from here tap on Software update. Now click on the large blue button on the bottom which says “CHECK FOR UPDATES”. Alternatively, you can also go into the My Huawei app and request a new update there.

Huawei Nova 9 comes with a unique star ring rear camera design and a unique front appearance, which combine into a good smartphone.

EMUI 13 comes with a new array of features including the service widgets, which offer you instant access to the in-app information right on the screen. The software also offers a swipe-up app gesture feature, which lets you access key functions without opening the app first. This update also has new animations and optimizations, which improve the overall system capabilities.

Note that Huawei Nova 9 in Europe is receiving the EMUI 13.0.0.252 in batches and may take some time to reach all of the users.
