Huawei Nova 7 SE began collecting February 2021 security improvements

Huawei Nova 7 series consisted of three models, Nova 7, Nova 7 Pro, and Nova 7 SE. All of these models are compatible to run on the latest EMUI 11. Moving on, after the month of beta testing the company delivered a stable EMUI 11 version for Nova 7 and 7 Pro users.

However, the Nova 7 SE is also eligible to receive the latest custom OS but there is no announcement made by the company yet. In the past, the Huawei Philippines support team has officially responded on this and cleared that this phone user will receive EMUI 11 in near future.

In the meantime, Huawei has released a new software update for Nova 7 SE 5G smartphones. This update brings the security patch released in February 2021 for improved system security that protects your phone against external threats.

In the last update, the Nova 7 SE 5G smartphone got the January 2021 security patch hat exploits and issues including 4 critical, 1 medium, and 25 high levels of CVEs in Huawei phone system security and helps to boost the device performance.

5. Download and Install
6. Install and restart your device

3. Tap on Update
4. Download and Install
5. Install and restart your phone
