Huawei Nova 3i under EMUI 10/Android 10 evaluation process

Since the beginning of the EMUI 10 beta program, we are continuously receiving messages of Huawei Nova 3i owners about whether they’ll receive the EMUI 10 update or not.

So, we reach out to the official support to find out the eligibility of this smartphone alongside the Huawei Nova 3 and below is what the company has told us.

“We would like to inform you that our software team is rigorously working and evaluating the device hardware compatibility of the Android Q/EMUI 10 Operating System with Huawei Nova 3/3i. We request you to kindly stay tuned to our official pages, HiCare App for future announcements on software updates.”

In simple words, Huawei is still evaluating the smartphones for the upgrade and yet to find out whether these smartphones will receive the EMUI 10 or not.

To be mentioned, Huawei Nova 3 and Nova 3i are also not announced for EMUI 10 in China and these smartphones along with Honor Play are expected to get a slot alongside Honor Play in the second phase of the eligible devices.
