April EMUI security update rolling out for Huawei Nova 3
Huawei is testing HMS (Huawei Mobile Services) compatibility for Huawei Nova 3 in China through a beta test on EMUI 9.1 and not on EMUI 10.0.
Meanwhile, global models of Huawei Nova 3 started receiving a new software update that improves the system security of this phone with patches released in April. Also, this is a second consecutive upgrade for the Nova 3 users, followed by the March update received the last month.

The April 2020 security update for Huawei Nova 5T brings security patches from Google and brings fixes to 5 critical, 12 high and 1 medium levels of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE).

Huawei Nova 3 EMUI Version:
This new update for Huawei Nova 3 comes with EMUI version 9.1.0.372, an upgrade from EMUI 9.1.0.366 and a software size of 216MB.
Note: EMUI version and size may vary depending on the country/region. Also, the update is rolling out in batches, so it may take some time to reach your device.
How to CHECK FOR THE UPDATE:
Open Support app
Click on ‘Services’ tab
Click on ‘Update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’
Via Settings:
Open Settings
Click on ‘System’
Click on ‘Software update’
Click on ‘CHECK FOR UPDATES’
Click on ‘Download and install’
